    I'm 5'7 (ish) and 10st (ish)....I haven't measured my height or weight for a while now, but that's what I was when I last did :rolleyes:

    And I don't think I could ever be a fat bastard, no matter how hard I tried! I can eat as much as I like, but I never gain any weight! Don't you just hate that? ;) :p

    Sprinting is about power, not endurance. Admittedly I train for strength not power, but ithas a high crossover ratio.

    I have seen more fat on a racing snake than on me !

    Doesnt fucking bother me anyways, caining it for half a year has helped and i have had a fucking good time and will continue too !

    I think im summit like a 28/30 inch waist at the moment - good crack :D

    Never been fat ever !

    I have always stayed about the same size maybe a tad bigger, your right about the diet thing tho - i havent and wont ever be on one but what i have done has helped and like i said its been class banter and will continue to be :p

    People get far too stressed about these things - half the time people arent even that fat and ill tell them :rolleyes:
