    went every week for the first 2 1/2 years, then the money caught up with me so i missed quite a few just, going to the odd one. now its monthly it works out well as promise falls on pay day nearly every month

    aye been to promise....foundation is such a small club to which give it intimacy and the atmosphere is spot on!
