back buttons fine joe wen u get a 500....unless u got ya browser to refresh page on every visit...then i see the frustration....!!

I remeber i spent well over an hour writing a post on gurn once and the 'page cannot be displayed' when i went to post it, went back and it had all gone, i was not happy!!
I always copy and paste long messages/emails etc into notepad before posting now!!
