I'd just been to check that myself. Justin Long (the guy behind all the Peaches/No Assembly Required stuff) makes his North-East debut @ Ward 10 Sessions in Sunderland, on Friday, 13th February. He will play alongside Slum Science's Eddie Leader (Icon Recordings), and Ward10 residents Keiron & Garry Ogden, @ PURE, PARK LANE, SUNDERLAND. £5 on the door. We had the Ward 10 residents come play for us a few months back, they were quality and sound as fuck! Same can be said about Eddie Leader (well, apart from the playing for us bit) This'll defintely be a good night!
To make this even more appealing: Eddie Leader, part of the Slum Science threesome, helps make up one of the fastest-rising production outfits in Underground House music. With releases on Resident Records and Deep Future (Belgium), the lads have forthcoming tunes on Icon, UST, Justin Long's .dotbleep and Andrew Macari's (Guided Methods) Greenhouse label. This is gonna be one heavy mo' fo' of a night
Nha I'm not going until the Saturday morning now, because I couldn't catch Justin anywhere else whilst he's in the UK
