apparently these people don't even have schools therefore they cant read or write and have no skills what so ever. The question has to be asked What can they offer the UK???
I don't know what you're talking about but if its immigrants then these people can offer the UK cheap manual labour (eg. cleaners, street cleaners, bin-men, etc.) which many British citizens don't want to do or would rather live off the dole. Learned that in Geography
