what other kindof music are you into apart from dance?

    what other kindof music are you into apart from dance?

    dance music covering genres that you genrally get smashed for?
    or for the rest of us who used?!?

    I dont listen to dance music exclusively to get smashed to ... have listened to it for about 16 years in its various forms, 14 of those completely "clean"....

    Apart from that... 80's synth pop is always good fun,.... or anything good really - i wouldnt rule out any genre of music, theres good in all of them i reckon ... excluding the cheeky girls.

    lately ive been listening to quite a bit of stuff by u2 and travis. not much else really, lots of lush breaks but thats still classed as dance music, i think

    i rarely listen to dance music outside of a club but generally do when going out to get me in the mood....i like indie, american rock, soul, 60's, 70's, 80's & more chilled stuff like damien rice...i also listen to stuff like linkin park, chilli peppers etc! :D

    The Clash
    Blur
    Queen
    Sugar Babes
    Ocean Colour Scene
    The Prodigy (I supose I'm kinda not suposed to include them?)
    The Beautiful South
    Shampoo (N E 1 remember them - they sang trouble)
    And loadz of chill-out stuff, cos i don't reckon you can class that as dance.

    Into a bit of everything really. When I was younger I used to love my indie. Ash are still the best live band I've seen. Their 1977 album is still class too.

    I likes: thrash, industrial, goth, punk (none of that ska shite), glam, classic rock, funk, indie, cheese, disco, 60's, soul, classical, opera, braindance, trip-hop, breaks, old skool, gabba, techno, trance, prog-house, tech-house, funky-house, tree-house and good ol' hard house. And poss a few others but I ain't got time.
