NYE @ The Funktion Room, Consett For all those in and around Consett on new years eve and who are into good music (something the town doesn't provide enough of). The Funktion Room - adjacent to Cappela's restaurent and above Simply Seventies - will be host to dj's Iain Burns, Mark Panting, Ste Collins & Gaz Croney, all playing their finest beats through the Rhino Sound System ! We've got 8 hours to play with, so will chuck a mixture of styles into the pot, building nicely - house, techy stuff, breaks, prog, trance, techno - no fuckin shite like Scooter ! A few classics here and there, can't be too specific coz it's a party and we'll go with the flow. If anyone wants cheese, they're plenty other places to go which people know about !
