i've played footy against the inmates from that prison, they have a team in the local sunday league.

the prison is an 'open prison' which basically is for people coming to the end of life or very long sentances. every morning they go out to work unsupervised within the community and must retrun before 8pm each night. there has never been any type of incident involving a prisoner not returning or getting into bother in my lifetime.

prisons like these help assimilate prisoners back into the general population with as few problems as possible. if we were simply to dump prisoners back into society at the end of long sentances i imagine the social problems they would face would be massive. the consequences being they would more than likely end up back in trouble/prison.

did they try to bum rape u after them match... or sell u some drugs.. look if its a life sentance the sould stay it prison till there DEAD

So if a man murders his girlfriend ina jealous rage - which is enexcusable - your saying that man should never be re-ontroduced back into society.

Personally I feel there are some criminals that are too dangerous to ever be let out - but I don't think murdering them is the answer.

Better to live next to a murderer, than a potential murderer.

I mean somebody,somewhere in say Dunston is living next door to a frustrated solider, who enjoys shooting & may/will want to kill 1 day just for the experience.

like i said before life sould meam life but in prision they live like king, it sould be harsher than that, they all have tvs and whatever they can get away with.
