His story is the worst ever, there is no way that 2 kids die in HIS bathroom on the same day! He said he accidently knocked one of the girls and she fell in the bath and drowned, sorry but no 7 yr old drowns in the bath and while that was happening the other girl was screaming and he put his hand over her mouth to make her be quiet! and she sufficated to death. Yeah likely story!

How can you justify murder with murder?

Hopefully once he has gone down there will not be so much press about it. Its true that the press do have to express it as they need to make the public aware of people like this but it must make the girls family feel terrible having it in their faces and seeing his sick face in the papaers everyday. Even watching him being put away will not make them feel much better after what they have lost! How do you get on after something like that happens!

IMO if they brought back capital punishment then the tax payers money that is currently used to keep them alive could be used for a better cause (nhs, education)

the 1 thing i can't quite decide is how long they should be kept in jail b4 being executed!!!

I dont think he is really getting off from a technicality, it looks more like he is trying to get a conviction of involuntary/ recklessness manslaughter to lessen his sentence, by concealing his intent to murder the girls.

You don't believe in rehabilitation then?

You have total trust in the system that mistakes will never be made?

You value one life above another?

Agreed. The way I see the legal system, is that one way or another, they'll get you. Lets just hope that he still gets a hefty sentence. I doubt that a jury will be sympathetic to his story and I reckon there will probably be mass outrage if he isn't found guilty of 2 counts of murder.

As much as I agree it sickens me when you read things like Rosemary West getting her hair nicely done, enjoying lesbian relationships, having a pet budgie in her cell and eating nice food.

in some situations yes but the government should get psychological reports done on them & get risk assessments done on them

i don't value murders lives in particular.....they don't particullay have regarde for someone elses life!!!!

I'm osrry but we don't know he's guilty... we can neever be 100% sure and while that is that fraction of doubt you can't justify killing someone.
