I've never taken any but asked big USSR patriot the same question.

He said to use creapure and not creatine. :)

Said he could get a good price for them.

Creapure IS Creatine - its just a german factory produced version or it, as opposed to cheap Chinese produced stuff...

Any decent brand will be creapure anyways (prolab, eas etc) - You need to take 5g of it per day alongside some kind of sugar... If your skinny then about 2 cans of coke's worth, if your prone to putting fat on - only 1 can. Creatine should be taken AFTER you workout, and drink 500ml of water alongside it - it needs water to work properly (its a cellular hydrater).

Apart from that, eat 250 grams of protein per day - and about 3000 calories per day. You need to be lifting weights about 4 times a week, about 8-12 sets per bodypart across 3 exercises and each one about 8 reps to failiure - go as heavy as possible.

You need shitloads of sleep, and plenty of vitamins, minerals and all the stuff your body needs to grow.

Remember - Your diet comes first, then your rest, THEN your training. If your anything less than perfect on all of these - you wont make any progress.

    Bird YKTH.

End of the day suppliments (inc. Vitamins) have very little or no effect. (you piss them straight out) Defo not worth the money.

Eat bucket loads of tuna, eggs, tatties, pasta & aim to sleep 10 hours a day.

Don't worry about supplements & don't wear leotards.

an get some1 who knows what they're doing to show you how to train... most of the 'personal trainers' at bigger gyms don't really know anymore than you will!

technique is v important - for both gains and inj avoidance.

also you'll need to go thru a loading phase when you start to take creatine, an altho research is conflicting in this area, most studies say about 20g per day in 4 x 5g instances.

also its better to take it with fruit juice thats high in sugar (glucose or fructose) and ascorbic acid (vit C) as they aid absorbtion.

if you're still sore from the last workout, don't train, you'll only be hindering yourself...

do that an you'll be looking like arine in no time ;) :D

oh psychological well being is as important as physical well being, so make sure you eat well, rest well and try not to be stressed, as all these can hinder progress. :)

if you eat a good balanced diet then protein supp's are a waste of money, you'll jus breakdown an piss out all the protein you get from them, they are good if you find it hard to eat enough to gain size tho...

an NEVER get them free form amino acid supps, as most amino acids are toxic on there own, an the others won't be absorbed an you'll jus piss em out - liver damage an expensive urine, thats all they give ya!
