    Caned it too much!!!!!

    Cant belive it! Still recovering from last weekend, on wednesday i honestly felt like i was in the cold turkey scene of Trainspotting, felt like my quilt would'nt get off me, i was in bed for around 26 hours, kept waking up absaloutly drenched + thought Roman Abramovich was plotting to take over the u.k, this is the worst i've been.... just starting to feel better but have got flu!!! Been off work for the last two days.... OFFICAL - Cutting down from now!!! :( :(

    mick my old friend, u have to get used to it before u properly go ballistic!
    if ur bodys fucked after a night then u wouldnt go out and do the same again the night after.
    id say cut down and then build up gradually and see how things go!
    hope ur ok anyway mate!
    i feel fine and dandy and im defo ready to get smashed again this weekend. if i can afford it!:p
