ive been off the tabs a week today !!!!!

im finding it piss easy no paches or nowt all depends on your will power i supose oh and ive put 1/2a stone on this week also

just put em down si and dont think about them its well easy that way

My mate who I work with is doing a HND course in theraputic hypnosis. He did a basic course last year and this is the advanced course. I'm sure he'd be willing to have a go. In saying that, he tried to cure Dean (little teds) fear of spiders and it didn't work!

Tony Sands in Gosforth is meant to be good.

But he is the biggest chain smoker I have ever seen.

Buy a pack on 20 tabs, sit down in front of the telly, and chain smoke them all. Every last one, you'll feel ill but you wont want another tab ever in your life.

I know of a hypno therapist in sandyford(ish), but i'm shit with street names, so if you want i'll describe where they are, but bare in mind it'll be a bit of a long-winded description!

Yeah i do smoke, i know some people thats tried it, and its worked, might make you sick but as soon as you go to light up another tab later on in life, it'll remind you of it.

I reckon i could happily chug my way through a 20box. Way i see it is it's just like eating a huge fuck-off meal. You'll feel bloated and slightly ill afterwards, but you'll not want to quit eating!

my mate guy is a hypnotherapist....he used to have a shop in whitley bay called alpha therapies

Just rang him...he says he doesnt have his shop anymore and he doesnt do the quitting stuff therapies anymore....he concentrates more on mental health therapy

so i gave him your number

nah he said to look in the free papers or theres a good place near jesmond metro ...both these places do one session therapies which is cheaper than a course of them...or something

i smoke, and like it. can't seem myself stopping until i'm 100% behind the idea of quitting. if there's the slightest doubt of "oh, well it was quite nice" i'd start again.

i reckon that smoking 20 one after another till your sick could work. it's like orange 20/20. i drank 2 large bottles of the stuff in an hour when i was 17. was horrendously violently ill and passed out. now, if i even smell any orange flavoured alcohol i wanna throw up.

There's one ta the bottom of Osbournes road right across from Jesmond metro. Dunno if it's any good but specialises in aracnophonia and smoking according to there sign outside.

I've been off them for a good few months through pure will power. It only gets tricky when I've had a few pints. Good luck.

you do get a nice hit from a tab, all be it only the first 3 draws... personally i like a drink with a tab. thats where i'd fall down. out on the lash with no tabs - i'd have a free hand with nowt to do!
