    you feel miles better after ,,, you just got to get through that ghuilt bit and hope whoever is on the recieving end understands it wasnt just about one thing but a few ,,,, in my opinion often people dont grasp this !

    Well I did for a while, then it appears the person on the receiving end in fact didn't realise that. At all. Ah well :D :rolleyes:

    I dont think that problems should be left to build up into a massive arguemnt. Its better to deal with stuff as it happens. In my experience it ends up worse if you let it build up into something bigger :D

    same here mate except mine started about going to vision at the play rooms so in the end we didnt go and started having a huge fight and 9 litres of matt emulsion ended up all over my records, record boxes decks mixer the wack of the amount.

    And me fucking off in a huge temper in my mams car and nearly crashing it

    and we have never spoke since (me and the ex)

    Thats why I think even the little problems should be brought up straight away. You can talk about it sensibly without either person going off on one :D
