The Red Lion at the top of the main street will be my favourite soon, its getting refurbished now and will open with a late licence on weekends. Happy Days!!!!
The tavern is a bit rough but I've drank there for a good few years now!

Never got away with 3 mile but then I wasnt keen on the Lonsdale either:eek:

Local wise the Powder Monkey does the job.

Would have been the Rising Sun on the Coast Rd but after insulting most of Battle Hill/Hadrian Parks wannabees' I sort of banned myself.

It is about 15 doors away from me. It is also a Wetherspoons so it's cheap as chips, plus it has just got teles in so I can down and watch the matches there. The food is canny as well.

What more can I ask for? Apart from maybe topless barstaff(females only) and maybe Tulip and Matt H doing a b2b set whilst I'm eating my mixed-grill:love:
