    Tyring of trance

Just wonder if anyone else is tyring of the clubbing scene - or at least the trance/hard house scene.

    I now hate ket/pills
I'm bored stiff of hard house and trance
Not too keen on going to big clubs like I used to
    I hate talking to randoms
    I no longer suit cyber

I still want to go to electro, drum n bass, house, hip hop, alternative, clubs but just to get pissed nowadays :D I still love promise, but I'm drawn to the always room nowadays.

    Anyone else lost interest?

Everyone feels like that now and again I reckon.

I used to go out every week and started finding it tedious and the people in the scene also started annoying me slightly but after a break and now going out once or twice a month I'm really enjoying it and remember why it was so good in the first place.

I've never liked hard dance music so can't comment on that one.

What's the back room of Promise like then?

    I really don't

I despise prog, tribal, deep, etc. like the mellower house jazzy stuff or balleric.

Basics, Fabric etc theres no decent house nights in Newcastl except for Genre, Influx!

    Re: Tyring of trance

If you had have said this a year or two ago I would have laughed in your face!!

But I tend to agree with you Joe. My clubbing days are now restricted to a few carefully selected techno nights and I rarely do drugs...

    Electro now baby!!!

I cant wait to see Moguai, only 3 weeks left.

Although i will have to endure Tiesto and PVD the same nite :p

Trance is still good every so often. Variation is the key

i like going to clubs but mainly for the social aspect...i usually prefer the always room to downstairs (hence why i surprise myself when i'm downstairs all nite!!) & most of the time if i'm putting music on it's not dance stuff! :D
