i aint been for a few weeks but the complaints seem to have stopped. i think mark stands on the door more often now to keep a watchful eye over them
First time we went to Promise last year I told my mate not to wear his Ben Sherman shirt, and to stick this T shirt on that he had (was quite nice and original). What did he do? Wore the T shirt to college and stuck his Shermanator shirt on. 'Not tonight son' So we left him and had a mint night.
Before the pic had even loaded u knew what it was gonna be. I think Jambon is gonna milk this one for all its worth
lol http://www.screenmates.com/getmate.asp?type=bouncer&cat=d&path=download/bouncer.exe for all of you who've ever been turned away by a bouncer "Sorry pal, no flip flops"
the line on shindigs site about dress code (dunno if it's still there) was the best: Come with the right attitude and you will be fine
I've only been stopped once and thats only cos I was too drunk to walk independently... My G\f said I was able to walk until I got to the door and then I fell on her... She said he was nice about it though...
Boom boom... What about the gun violence at the Turnmills R'n'B night a few weeks ago. Crazy, just crazy.
Harsh but true!! There was some shooting at this Garage(UK of course) night in Leeds when I was out with mates elsewhere last year. they had police helicopters and everything. When we were queuing for our taxi we could see a group of several 'attitute' people (arseholes). We were thinking bet they've been to that placec and were of course right; and when they got near us they were like 'bigging up' the fact that they'd just been somewhere where someone got shot -they thought they were really hard cos of it . Sorry but some people have the wrong attitute who like that type fo music (loosest sense of the word)
