One of my m8s just got a job in a BT call center.. I know a few of u guys work for them so I was just wonderin if they're easy to work for????

I also need a new job so I might see if they have vacancies if they are ok to work for..

BT are the English Microsoft.

Their adverts are terrible.

Bad Actor - "I love BT they are so cheap and great!"

then cracks bad joke and the whole happy family laff together.

The only adverts that come close to BT's are the lotterys.

i work at the call centre in gosforth/long benton type fingy!

it's really good money 4 what u do but not all ppl r as lucky as me & get to sit on here all day!

if u have patience (which i don't) u'll b suited to working here & talking to imbociles about services from bt!! alternatively u cud b like me who gets very frustrated by these types of ppl (the clueless 1's) & amuse colleagues with the antics of being on occasions rude to customers!!!

but come along join the team & say hi!! i don't bite (hard!)

nah really don't come to work here as u will find that u get stuck here & u never get to leave!! unless they lock u up 4 insanity!!

tell ur m8 to quit b4 he starts!!!

the big wigs have came up with a few master plans of late!

1. when customers ring to order the product from the sales team put an advert on the ivr (when ur on hold) telling them its cheaper to do it on line.

2. ring the customers back who's broadband has been switched on & tell them to ring the broadband sales team if they have any problems! (our bonus is partailly dependent on how many calls we take) - we're getting more service than sales calls so the bonus is shite!!

my advice to u is look 4 a job that isn't with bt!

I work for Bt and I have the easiest job in the world.

aye, i have so much job satisfaction!!! i reckon i mite like my job if i got to ram large objects up the fat cats arses when they cock up instead of them getting a massive pay off!!! if we get sacked 4 being shit at our jobs then why don't they? :evil:
