Anyone tried Nutmeg water? First buy whole Nutmeg nuts from a heath food shop........ boil them whole in some water for ages (cant remember how long) then DRINK the water after its cooled. This wipes you out. I am mean WIPED OUT.
ive dug out some info about nutmeg: Two teaspoons of freshly ground nutmeg (or drank as said above) sends you potty (normally 5 hours later) by ihibiting MAO enzymes. Fatally poisonous in larger doses. there ya go
