Are scally/Charva haters like repressed homosexuals? Do you know people like me who at any given opportunity will slag off scallys/charvas, whatever you want to call them and think to yourself but they're bit of a one themselves what are they on about. So my theory, they're like repressed homosexuals, they try so hard not to like it but deep down they do, but if they're seen to hate it then people won't think they are one?
i wandered something similar, with regards to disliking charv's, thinking was i being a social snob for regarding them the way i do, (avoiding them),by what they wore and spoke like. However the way that they carry and represent them selves does nothing to indeer them to me, i find them unapproachable, inhospitable and rather threatening. This dislike for them is purely because of what they are steriotypically capable of, ie fighting/stealing, and not because we see bits of ourselves in them.IMO My theory : we dislike them,not because of who they are but, we fear that we could have been or become one! similar idea tho
i dont like them because they enjoy leeching off society... why should i work hard for the goverentment to take my tax money, and pass onto these people as welfare/dole etc, but not only that, they have this "if i want it i ll have it" attitude, fair enough if its a job you're after, this tends to be more other peoples property, be it a ciggie in the street or doing over students houses for videos etc.. i wouldnt say you re a social snob for disliking these people, i d call it normal. I work hard (although some may disagree) i treat people and property with respect, as stereotypical as it sounds, these people dont... I know it may sound harsh, but thats the one and only thing i dont like about Newcastle... Living in London, you can go about your day without meeting people like your average gold plated ear ringed Charv, which is why i may have stronger opinions about them then people who ve grown to live with them (if that can be done) . Shaun, i can see your point about repressed homosexuals, i aggree with that, but no score for your theory about repressed Charvs... they have every reason to be hated by decent society.

nah, charvas/scally/schemeys are just scum of the earth and should be rounded up and wiped out imho I mean why are they even allowed to breed never mind continue breathing??? We've got the gene pool to worry about ffs, every time they have a new brat the average goes down a notch.... we're going backwards in evolutionary terms cos of these scum. I say we take off and nuke em from orbit, it's the only way to be sure
yeah i hate fucking charvers most of them are probs repressed homosexuals. watched sum programe a while ago about people who were violent towards gay people. most of the peeps who were violent were charvers and were unsure about they own sexuality. your right shaun
