yeh and if u bothered to actually read what we wrote we were defending against people saying he played worst sets...as i said i travel about every weekend..his sets are class. sorry - im just goin on what i hear every week. maybe i should start guessing?! my worst set goes to dave seamon..to be honest i almost fell asleep..
*cough cough NYE 2001 going into 2002* What a fucking Joke Red & Black 1 id of had his kids Unreal he was there - fuck knows what went wrong 6 days later but he was awful !
what narrow minds and blinkered vision most of you have! fyi, Deep Dish and Steve Lawler are among the best dj's in the world, as regularly voted for by DJ readers. I've seen em both at Shindig a couple of times each, and they rock it every time. Strange how you pesky kids rave about hard trance hard house happy hardcore happy house blah blah blah and invent new genres every few minutes so you can hate each other, but almost anything else is just 'prog' and therefore shite. Open your ears and broaden your minds! In answer to the question, Satoshi Tomie. Seen him twice and he bored me senseless each time, that's prog for ya!
jeremy healy @ the central in stamford it was awful he was playing sterophonic stuff then mixing it in with tocas miracle the guy who was on downstairs wasnt much better either

[/B][/QUOTE] Everytime I have seen Satoshi Tomie at Shindig he had been pants too dark and proggie. BUT I saw a year or so ago at Basics and he rocked the place, he played a proper house set...
I saw Satoshi at shindig aswell and have to say for the first 2 hours of his 3 hour set he bored me to death, but the last hour was quite good. It seemed he was just filling untill the last hour when he started to play well and put some effort into it.
You talking about this year? Not a chance was that boring. Twas a great set. Now the worst set, IMO, is probs any HH set i have ever had the displeasure to listen to.
Yeah, this years. Heard about 30mins of it, was utter sh!te so left. Went to see Anne Savage instead.
