The Nucastle Podcast - accepting new submissions I've had a few PMs about the podcast recently and what the score is with it... The podcast is not finished and we are still taking episode submissions. There is only two rules about any podcast episode: 1) It must be (roughly) 1-2 hours long 2) You must be from the North East or live in the North East of the UK. As for the genre, the style, the setting - that's up to you. We happily accept any style of recording (live recordings, demos, production mixes etc) and any genre of music (house, trance, techno, disco, breakbeat, dnb, hip-hop, acid jazz, chillout, oldskool, etc). Your mix does not have to be an exclusive for the nucastle podcast (although we welcome them ). If it's your latest demo, or a recording from a gig you played the other week (or even a promo mix for your night), and you'd like it showcased, submit it to us and we'll put it up for you. Submitting an episode to the podcast is free. Subscribing and downloading episodes of the podcast is free. All previous episodes will remain permanently available free of charge.. If you have iTunes, you can subscribe here. iTunes will then download each new episode automatically (as well as all of the old ones). If you don't have iTunes or don't want to use it, click here to download any episode from the podcast. We strongly recommend you use a podcast manager to download the episodes as this means you'll get all the new ones automatically. You don't have to be a member of the board to submit an episode/download it, but if you want to comment on something you like or discuss our episodes further you'll need to sign up. Please give feedback for episodes you've listened to where possible. If you like someone's episode, let them know. They'll be grateful for it If you have any further questions, post em below

We are still accepting submissions for the podcast. If you'd like your mix featured on our feed, get in touch. Either: 1) Drop me a PM here or on facebook (Phil Conway) 2) Click "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page 3) Post here. There is no waiting time to submit an episode. The only rule is that it needs to be 60-120 minutes long (read the first post in this thread for more info). We have over 500 subscribed listeners, so if you want to get your mix to them, get it recorded and sent over
