    If the vans were sorn'd doesn't that mean legally they are not on the road? Then you wouldnt be able to claim for loss of earnings?

    I am going to say both where booked in to be MOT'ed the next day/s. This iwll be backed up from the garage they where "booked" into.

    who are the DVLA to say its untrue
