we've got bolton away next week, had it down as a draw but after that demolition yesterday i'm not so sure unless varney unleahes another wonder strike [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gWMhR9sox6g"]YouTube - Luke Varney goal Blackpool vs Wolves 20/11/10[/ame]
Yeah Coyles got them playing really well and I'm not just on about yesterday. Elmander looks like a totally different player compared to when he was playing under Megson
Yeah, cos that makes it all ok that you got stuffed by someone who cant even beat bolton, you fuckin muppet
i think its funny how many sunderland fans think that because of our result on saturday that it makes up for us beating them by the same result. Ask yourselves which result would you prefer:- Getting beat 5-1 off bolton? or Getting beat 5-1 off your local rivals?
I prefer to ask myself the question: Would I rather be in Sunderlands league position, with Sunderlands manager, chairman, owner and squad. Or would I rather have Newcastles? Answer: Sunderland all day long. I am sure most Newcastle fans would agree.
Woaw! Lavvers, now cummon, lets not start punching above our weight. There's only 2 points between us and 4 from the drop zone. However I'll leave you with this thought: To support a Cub that's spent in excess of £350m since joining the premiership 3 years ago, 2 of which spent fighting off relegation and last season ending a miserable 13th, are you seriously happy with the Club you've chosen to support? It's never too late for people like you mate, your a good lad, we can help
http://www.soccerbase.com/transfers_by_team.sd?teamid=2493 Last season - net spend of £2 million on transfers. (taking into account sales also) Season before - net spend of £5.9 million Season before that - net spend of £11.5 million Thats the past 3 seasons going from the facts on the above site, our net spend would only just buy us 1 Michael Owen at the price you's paid for him?
http://tomkinstimes.com/2010/02/tpi©-percentage-of-premier-league-spend-net/ Since joining the Prem 3 seasons ago Sunderland have spent £350m.
apologies if you right on this but ive scanned (couldnt be arsed to read it all so could be completely wrong here) that article and cant find anything mentioning 350m?? "This places the team in 5th place overall in TPI Net spending since 2007, behind Manchester City (£243.3m), Sunderland (£87.0m), Tottenham (£86.7m) and Birmingham (£57.1m)."
What does that prove?lol.Im not believing any links plucked from the internet about how much we've spent. No doubt we have lost money for the past 3 seasons and it was alot last season but theres absolutely no chance we have lost £350 million in 3 seasons
Is this a joke using Wiki? I could go onto there and edit it to prove any point I wanted? The clue is at the top where it says 'click to edit this page' and 'last edited 14 hours ago by a wiki contributor'...... You may as well just post a word document you have written on your PC as proof
