I'd say last night was just about exactly what i expected, i knew Paul Scholes would perform, he always does against us... all that was missing was Michael Owen putting one past us. onwards and upwards though, we have managerless Villa at our place on Sunday i think we will get something out of that one.
Regardless of the opposition, the game showed how much Carroll needs someone a hell of a lot nippier than Kevin 308 Nolan to play off him.
