Im glad this has come off, with all the time we've took making sure things are gonna work before jumping in.
We knew your points when we started looking at this place Scooby... We've had a good talk with the current staff (inc the doormen) and all sounds good.
We are doing extra sound, lighting and decor so no issues there!

even though it didn't work out for us.. have to say tho.. the owners, manager Rich and some of the other staff there are top people. We found whatever the owners said they would do.. got done, sometimes more than what was needed!... no problems there..

We were in 2 minds whether to quit whilst we weren't risking too much more, and the horrendous doorman incident with Digweed just made the decision for us really..

If they spent a few quid on the place and re done the toilets/flooring and a few fittings a bit would be an absolute amazing venue imo.

What exactly happened with the doorman like?

they chin people for no apparent reason, and tax gear of the kids and knock it out themselves

Buzzing about this as with October being one of the busiest months in the clubbing calendar the sheer amount of unreal line ups and nights going on across the county is massive!

canny destroying one at that. had loads of people getting in touch about it

we are, and have been, trying our best to sort an after party somewhere but newcastle council as per usual dont really fancy it

the door is from 10pm - 4am and if it ain't at capacity then we will keep letting people in until 2am i would say

I would however advise to get a ticket.
Ive never run a party as big as CircoLoco before but at the minute tickets are selling at 15 per day and this is 4 weeks prior to the event. Most tickets will definitely go in the last week and we have paper tickets going in Beatdown and also Bar Blanc tomorrow and all the sellers are getting them over the weekend so it is likely this will sell out.....
