I'm inclined to agree that Ape-X seem to represent a different crowd. A lot of whom haven't been going to House/Techno etc nights until now. One way of looking at it is that if Ape-X are introducing new people to the music, then there should be more new clubbers ready to go to everybody elses nights in town
Yeah Chris we have seen that. Obviously it's not us!!! Would hope most people would realise that!! We spoke to them prior to them moving up here and they assured us a different name would be used. That seems to have been side stepped.
just to reassure anyone that was in any doubt, 'habit' in leeds was fucking woeful. absolutely horrendous crack with the naming stuff as well.
They've cleared all the grief off that event page this morning. Looks like they're just going to ignore it and keep using the name.
thats fucked up - they can't really expect it to go unnoticed! Grief added on that group, and here's to another Nucastle members Facebook o' hate campaign part deux.
I find it particularly amusing that in mixmag next to hostiles listing and the names of organ donors and uberdruck it also mentions darksyderz and it says in the mixmag banter "hard house and dance, hope the atmosphere aint hostile" - page 119 march mixmag...............priceless.............. oh and whilst we are here....the *"saviours"* night is tucked away on page 119 "house in a warehouse" with francois k whats happening *danny*, even 21st century skevs night ---- DADA made number 3 in top nights of north in JAZZMAG this month ....your powers must be waning
me and smurf aint fucking interested about how a few amateur promoters think they are like the ratpack of newcastle smurf is busy djing all over the world and I'm trying to avoid the stylebiters
