ASOS anyone else had any grief with their delivery service? ordered some clobber on sunday and was given a delivery code from them to get free nextday delivery. turns out itle get delivered on or around the 31st, been in touch with them via email and just get generic thick cunt responses. bit peeved like hew
ive never normally had any bother with them? everything has usually came within a day or two. no bother.
today is a bank holiday so isnt a working day, it depends on the time of your order. if you ordered after 2pm it will be classed as being ordered the following day, with it being a sunday it was ordered, it will not be dispatched until tomorrow which is the first working day since sunday so next day delivery should be 30th.
just ordered some jeans and t-shirts, the time it was ordered was midday and it should have arrived late monday, even today at the latest with it being the 29th. its basically not accepted the code for free next day delivery cos they said as a gesture of good will the will refund the standard delivery charge.
They wouldnt of delivered monday though as it was a bank holiday, if you ordered sunday it wont even be picked in warehouse until today as no one would of been in the warehouse to pick it on sunday or the bank hol monday today is the first working day since xmas eve so it should get to you tomorrow/thursday!
got delivered at 9:30 this morning. had an email on monday morning saying it had been dispatched. seems their customer service team aint got a fucking clue but atleast its here in good condition with nee foot prints on it.
Last time I bought a tshirt off there it had been printed inside out, so all the stitching was on the side where the logo was
