    Best Internet Browser?

Getting rid of IE the night, finally, as i've had enough of it's shit lol.

Not sure what browser to install though, does anyone use any of these... GoogleChrome, FireFox, IE & AvantBrowser. If so what works best with the least problems etc?, just trying to narrow this down b4 i get settled with 1 of these browsers for it to go tits up n then be back at square one again.

    Chrome for basic browsing
    FF for more advanced usage.

I use Chrome at home and FF for dev stuff at work...FF uses pretty big amounts of memory and can get well slow if you dont clear the history quite often.

    probably my most geeky post

For some reason on FF i could never get rid of pop ups no matter what i tried, then the viruses started.

Had chrome a few months and cant fault it at all

Chrome is a webkit based browser, which is basiclly Safari.

I use Firefox for developing as there are so many Add-Ons i.e. Firebug, Web Developer tool bar. Use Safari for general web browsing at home on my Mac

I've been using ie8 on win7 and it was alright but has since started to slow down, so from reading this thread id had another go of google chrome and its absolute lightning compared to ie8. I tried the beta ages ago and it crashed all the time so never gave it a second look, but il probably be sticking to chrome from now on.

As per my thoughts Firefox is the best one.
Well Google Chrome is also a nice option.
