    Thanks :cool2:

I went a few days ago, it was really good. I've never been to an IMAX before so I can't compare but the screen looked absolutely massive to me and the sound was excellent. To be honest the standard seats are posh enough, quite a bit of leg room and no chance at all of anyone getting in your way because of the stadium seating design.

You can pay extra for either Premier seats, which are supposed to be in the best location and a bit more comfy, or the gallery area. The main attraction with the gallery seats is that you get to be in the VIP bar right next to your seats and you get unlimited popcorn, nacho's and pop. I've heard the seats themselves are more like sofa's. The gallary is £15.50 on weekdays and £18 on a weakend though.

You seem to know a lot about it for someone who has only been once and doesn't work there. I smell a rat.

 Is this the paranoia forum I've stumbled into?

Its hardly inside fucking info is it  Everything I've just said bar my own experiences is available on the website or in my case through a quick question to the ticket bloke.

    you'd be surprised mate!

and chase i doubt the police would close it like - did they not just stop letting people in instead?

glad i kept away today like - even newcastle town centres is a massive headblag. HMV staff should be shot - when did they decide to just not put anything in alphabetical order anymore!? it took me 25 fucking minutes to find a stereophonics album that was where the 'B's would be. :wanker:

    Christmas is shit.

Or maybe the staff just treat people like bellends because 90% of them are only in their looking for their new torrent list ;)

And to people whinging about Qube.. jesus christ. Fuck off over to Iraq or something and maybe for once you'd appreciate something like a brand new entertainment complex opening right on your doorstep, you miserable old cunts

I for one can't wat to check out the new IMAX then have some tasty munch afterwards. The seats in the old odeon were a killer after 45mins.

i was there on tuesday, thought the actual area was pretty understated, thought it was gonna be more of a feature. Had a Yo Sushi and the rice place looked nice. That Red House looks a bit basic like.

The little spanish place in the village thing was comically shite tho  But nice to sit and chill for a bit

Why would anyone physically go to a music shop when looking for new stuff they can illegally download ? They clearly already have the internet, so checking the hmv webshite is all they need to do. Irony fail.
