It'd all be about the old skool and GG Xtra hard from 1am onwards for me. Im not even that bothered Im gonna miss it, seems too much like hard work these days haha
Agreed.... Not that I'm going either but the rest of the lineup looks like poo, an hour per set hardly seems worth it to me, apart from andy farley who plays some quality stuff.
What I meant was why didn't they stagger some of the sets in the various arenas? i.e. start them on the half hour or quarter past the hour instead of dead on the hour so at least you would get to see more acts, all be it maybe less of particular acts than others if you get my meaning... or at least stagger the opening times of the different arenas a bit more?
I never get in the hard house/dance scene how every arena seems to be playing hardhouse at the same time at weekenders. The oldschool areana is pretty pish to fair Ratpack will play the same set they have for 5 years good if you have not heard it before but if you have boring. Slipmatt plays bad electro house remixs of obvious oldschool tunes. Kutski at detox i was not that impressed by. Obvious tunes that did not fit togeather the boy can scratch but his mixing was not as good as it was hyped to be. IMO
aye it can be a ball ache when two acts you wanna see clash like , used to see half of one then half of the other but meant u never really got into either set, so now me n suz just decide who we arent that arsed about missing and stay put for whole sets !! thing thats gonna be a killer this time round is that it looks like the arena's arent gonna close between the end of the nights and the after partys starting , usually manage to grab .. erm .. a few hours or so in between !!
Dont get me wrong, Ive had some of the best weekends of me life down there, but Id rather go to an event in Amsterdam or something instead these days
