Bruce has a good track record in signing unknown players from abroad, particuarly south america. If he can unearth another Palacios or Valencia then it will be happy days for us. Zenden will be a quality signing as well for free, a good option to have in the squad as injury/suspension cover or to bring on for the last 30 mins and try to change a game.
Aye he can play anywhere down the left or in centre midfield. Reckon Bruce wants 4 strikers by the sound of it, hes been bigging up Campbell in the press today so wouldnt look too much into that like. He just wants to build a squad to push us into the top 8/10
Wingers lose their value when they get into their late 20's as pace is a major part of their game. He would be a decent squad player tho... maybe Bruce is thinking of moving on Richardson. I would be hes not consistant enough.. i think this left back role is a last chance ranch for him.
bolo id say is a worthy signin for them, if he flops fair do they didnt pay anything for him, and if he a hit its been good deal. win win situtaion i feel. although you have to take into consideration thats he obv not at his best and most clubs feel he is past it otherwise his last club wouldnt have let him go and a host of other clubs would have been in for him
