Wanted: 2 x Technic 1210s & Mixer Got a mate who's looking to get a set of decks, anyone got any for sale?

its a fucking shit market for people selling them. personally i'd rather cack in my own mouth than buy 1210's new. what a complete and utter waste of time and cash.
and gaz, tell your mate its nearly 2010 and vinyl is probably the worst direction to go DJ wise. tell the kid to save up for some 900's when they come out, failing that - a pair of 400's because i'll garuntee that he'll be thinking that anyway after getting 1210's. (p.s to all the 'oh my god if you dont like vinyl your blatently not that cool at all' squad' ;- i had vinyl, it was fucking expensive. realised that you didnt actually need to own a pair of CDJ's to be good on them, because really.... you fucking dont. and then used a controller. and am waiting patiently for the 900/my name to clear on the finance list... ) [people who regard dj'ing as using just vinyl are just really proper gay. i'd be more impressed if someone created better sounds using other means. Do not bite. Dj'ing is using all formats out there. But a record still sounds better than a 320 and a wav takes up loads hard drive space you might loose all your tunes if your harddrive crash's. If not allready burnt to cd. Anyway i like the smell of vinyl and the artwork on the covers.
exactly, a good dj should be able to use any format... why give a fuck about what its played on as long as it sounds good
w/e richie, if you used some kind of voodoo magic (a laptop perhaps??) and it sounded good i wouldent of complained. unless being stuck in the past was my thing anyway.
I'm a massive vinyl junkie and would never part with my 1210's even though I barely use them these days. Like most jocks I converted to CDJ's a long long time ago but I'm pretty sure a lot of my vinyl classics from the early 80's and 90's will be worth a fortune in mint condition from my 2000+ strong collection of 12 inch tunes. I put a 4 hour classics mix up here a few years back which went down a storm and all of those were played from vinyl.
just sold mine to make room for a 3rd cdj got 330 for them which was suprising as there was only one lid which was cracked and both needed new ground wires. Was a mate of a mate and apparently the kid wanted cdj's but got talked into buying my knackered technics lol winner
