    im going to buy a macbook/ibook or whatever off ebay in the coming weeks, any advice for someone thats never owned one before ?

    Buy one, best advice i could give.

    I think we all have them now, Proudy has an apple showroom - Nicky/Graham both have them (all laptops) and i have an iMac - best thing i have bought n wouldnt ever go back to a PC ever.

    Runs like a dream, no fucking about - granted the one time i needed to do something it was my own stupid fault :lol:

    All i would say is that (as i said on facebook yesterday) the intel ones are what you need.

    They are more expensive definately, but the G4 ones are like wading through treacle by comparrison.
