iPhone broadband dongle hack

you can do a similar thing with my G1, altho you have to get root access/jailbreak before its done. basically turns the phone into a 3g wireless router

I might purchase a new iphone, my omnia is good but it does my tits in most of the time

I'm thinking of getting an iphone tomorrow. How good are they?

I've got an ipod touch, is it basically just the same with a phone&camera?

Also, anyone got any ideas on whether it's worth me getting an unlimited data contract or one with a 2gb cap? Price is about £15/m more. I probably won't use internet a massive amount, i'm in front of a computer all day, so will 2gb be enough?

Ive got an iphone and its really good. I use the net on it quite a bit more than I thought, usually when i cant be arsed to turn me pc on or when out. They take ya eyes out with the contracts they have though.

Basically the same as the ipod touch but slightly thicker. The camera on them is shit. I never use it anyway.

get a n97 its wayyyyy better than an iphone, plus you van use it as a wireless router straight from the box! 42gb of memory 5 megapixel camera, full qwerty keyboard plus 3 half inch touchscreen! comes with all the sat navs and ngages stuff already on plus the widget things too quality phone!
