    no you couldn't.

The reason you can cancel your contract is because you signed up to a deal with them and then they amended the terms.

Any new contract would probably have the new charging system, so you would have no grounds to cancel.

This has to be the best news i've had in months, im with orange & i couldn't count on 10 hands, if i had 10 fucking hands how many times i've swore & bounced my fone off walls & floors.

The worst network in the united kingdom IMO!. My mate is on 3 & even he has a better signal than me most places, i cant even make a bloody call without it cutting off n sayin all sorts of service errors, texts cumin through late u name it.

    Good riddance

I just said it wasnt acceptable and I was going to o2 for an Iphone, I've been with Orange for years so they don't want to lose my custom, you just have to play the game son.

Apple have a break clause in the O2 contract that kicks in on the 9th October.

The iPhone hype level has reached its peak so its pointless for them to keep it exclusive anymore. Plus, the massive increase in media interest about iPhone applications thats come around recently isnt just a coincidence...

the marketing team at Apple are fucking geniuses...hats off
