hi its not nutmeg that you get high from,the original seed are wrapped in a vein like substance known as "mace" yes the same stuff as used in gas canisters for self protection,its this that makes you high. here in holland many markets sell real nutmeg which includes the mace in the grounding process.this causes very unusual hallucinagenic effects !! not a good choice tho as it tastes like shit
