brilliant day and night except for the bar situation. figured buying bottles of wine was the way forward all day. unfortunatly my head yesterday had different view on that particular plan.

think the rain kicked in at the right time to bring everyone into the courtyard and get the party really started.

stereo is a total blur, i remember getting in there and that is it. im blaming that on Mr Daly

glad it went well.. used to be some of the best parties ever in town when Bing Bong Rooms used to do the parties there in late 90s..

That arch is useful aswell for the unpredictable english weather ha

they were amazing, best free promo people ever!

top party from start to finish, great music, wicked crowd, hats off to Scott and Danny for putting together a great party, I'd say it was well up there with the very best of the parties I went to there 10-12 years ago

Also good work Mark for doing a top job of keeping the party going at Stereo afterwards:cool2:

I have to say I noticed 4 of these "lower class tools" skulking about in Stereo and I would know, being sober, namely they were "i'm 36 and still having it (yet sitting down) Daly, Danny ("is it all going alreet" " aye danny i'm a bit busy to boost your ego right now) Habit, Mark ("can i spark up a tab in here as it's the end now" " no you can't") Johnson, and Scott, just quite simply because he is a lower class tool....with a canny record bag.

Loved it and so did all the female bar staff, except for the bit when some perv was taking photies of us all...weirdo.............x

Oh! Well done Shindig Ben for NOT pissing up me door this time :)

    What a F*cking Day

    Listen guys -

I came down from Glasgow to Newcastle and did a bit of research for nights out - and came across this wee baby.

Coming from Glasgow, we have lots of house/techno events but none of them come even close to this. Going to in The Park on Saturday and feel its going to be an anti climax after Saturday. One of the best nights of my clubbing life and would recommend the venue, weather, DJ (awesome) and people.

The guy who is complaining about the 'clubbing' type should go back under his stone (hopefully its a heavy stone and may fall).

The diversity of people was immense. From trendy to chavs, foreigners, friendly Geordies, gays, wierd looking folk, even rockers.

It really doesnt matter what you are - if you are there to enjoy the tunes and feel the vibe - everyone is equally involved and it was tremendous.

I hope to God this happens again as I am on the train down.

Well done to the organisers and Newcastle - Cool City.

    Welcome to the board

Don't take the stereotyping comments on here too seriously... A lot of people on here are mates or know each other, and are quite happy to wind each other up via the board.

Gutted I couldn't make this now, sounds like a cracking night!
