If you were a copper what would you rather do? A) Go on duty patrolling somewhere in the freezing cold trying to break up aggressive piss heads fighting in the Bigg Market? B) Go to a rave, do the first munter you see for a minor drug offense and slap em in the cells overnight, then spend the rest of the night sitting around in mess room watching TV, drinking hot cups of tea and playing pool until your arrest is released at 6.30am then converse with the wife back home about how you are keeping the streets clean of drugs?

Thats not really fair though mate. My uncle is a police officer and has been for ages. He's just a general PC, because he loves it. Been offered promotion plenty of times, and could well have been sat behind a desk by now, but chooses not to. I think alot of them would rather do the job that they are paid to do. They may prefer to do option B as it is warmer, but its still exactly the same job, and exactly the same stuff could happen. Just because it isnt full of charves, doesnt mean that something similar wont happen. Also, while they are there doing that. Theres still people doing option A, and even if you make an arrest, it doesnt mean your finished for the night. You go straight back out there. I probs sound like a right bell, but its the truth.

Complete bullshit. Pigs hate being in the station, they thrive of the uniform and acting the big man on the streets bullying kids and seezing onto skantly clad young girls on the streets. The live for this shit seeing as most of them look like dweebs you would bully in school.. Iv been let go plenty of times by the fucker cos they cant be arsed to go to the station to process me. Trust me they much rather prefer to be waving their big sticks about ane tazering teenagers, normally seven pigs onto one 18 year old is the odds they like. Plus it was quite warm last night. AND they dont choose where to go for fucks sakes its been decided before hand to if there going to do a walk round in a club...
