about 5 years ago i blew 14-1500 in 2 weeks, and that was going pretty mental at the time.

i coulda done more, i coulda done less.

i think 600 quid a week would be doable. You just need to moderate yourself although thats a lot easier said than done.

My mate is in thailand in a kickboxing camp, and living there for 3 months, i think he pays 400 quid a month accomodation, so that puts it into perspective!

£1,000 minimum for a week. I spent £2,000 including flights and villa last summer having a normal time for 7 days.

(By the way - I don't condone wasting your money in this way and I will not be doing so again. However, if you really must go to Ibiza, take out a loan, do it properly and remember it forever)

I'd have a heart attack at those prices.... jesus christ.

Granted it will be great fun, and you'd have a great time .... but i just dont see how anyone can justify 65 euro's for club entry, and 10 quid for a drink ... unless your getting waiter service from your own personal midget in a top hat and tails, while getting blown by the cast of hollyoaks and having vodka fed directly into your veins on a drip.

I'd be happy if they just threw in being blown by a midget in a top hat and tails. It's still better than what you get for your dosh.

Exactly. A couple of years ago I spent around £1000 on the holiday and spends for two weeks sailing in the Caribbean (four of us on a 35" yacht).

Even though I clubbed like an idiot for years, I have still never been to Ibiza. I don't see the point of spending that much money to do pretty much what I did in the UK every weekend.

It was through a company called SunSail. I think they're now part of First Choice. We could sail so didn't have to have crew on the boat, which probably kept costs down. If you can sail a bit but aren't overly confident they also do flotilla holidays, where you are in a group with other boats, with a lead boat crewed by the company.

I'm not keen on big clubs though, so that put me off too. Give me an intimate venue of around 500-800 and I'm happy.

Just realised I said 35", which would be 35 inches. Obviously I meant feet. :dunce:
