May have a dabble in after a day at the races. The crowd I am out with is packed full of former clubbers, so seeing a former DJ play who may bang out few old uns may suit us.

Danny Dumpling's last 2 'last ever' appearance's at Shindig were class so I'll be giving this a whirl. Re. the thread problem - someone should step up and take responsibilty for deleting 'expired' events imo.
Surely a bit of flexibility is OK. It says "this week", all you have to do is look at the date of the first post. The rules just say it needs to be meaningful (the location, date etc are given as examples), not hold your hand and walk you to the door.
What is the point of your own rules if you don't enforce. them But I would let D-A off this time as this more about him being a fooking lazy bastard than a PR who doesn't bring nothing to the party. PS. YES AL that is Spence + 8 for guesty on Sat
