It's about fuckin time they started knockin out a few trancey EM's! A think the last one was Gareth Emery donkeys ago! This will be wicked, guaranteed!

Long overdue.

Along with him getting to play places like Amnesia this year, he deserved the status he has now 2/3 years ago.

It's a good job he's got one, if i was him and heard that Connell has an E Mix and he hadn't i'd be totally livid. Specially as JOC's on at IO the same night as the Connell one is live.

I'm glad it wont be a live one though and will be a studio mix, it should be totally totally class.

It's definitely strange how they go about selecting them when you think about big room DJ's like JOC who've never had an EM, but others are getting their second or third.

When I look at some of the people that have an EM behind them then look at the likes of Askew who only did his first one last year, I cant help but think... how?

Theres loads of people who deserve an EM who haven't even had a sniff: Giuseppe Ottaviani & Stoneface & Terminal to name 2.

Trance wise its a bit bizarre Menno De Jong hasnt been asked of people that havent had one.

Far more deserving than JOC. As ive always said JOC is a great producer hes not a great dj

Never seen Menno play but heard a few sets and he just sounded like a lot of those dutch djs - hands in the air cheese.
