    HD Tv & Xbox 360

    Whats the best lead to get the best HD picture for the Xbox?
    Or is the one supplied ok? because my picture looks fuzzy, its sharp for the TV but not for the Xbox :confused:

    the picture i get with the lead i got with my xbox is spot on, but i had to adjust the xbox setting on the main menu for the picture. try that :D

    Is it the same for the Wii?

    I have an HD decent enough TV and seen the HD proper Nintendo Wii Cable and was wondering if it would make any diff?

    The TV as it is has game mode anyways.

    i use games own make component cable HERE and it does improve the picture quite a bit , you need to alter the graphics settings on the wii as well tho !!!

    wii component cable sharpens the picture.

    but also makes the jaggies alot more prominent.

    I hear the new Wii pro evo has worse graphics than the ps2.

    Graphically its a fucking joke.

    in 3/4 year time when the next gen is coming around.... people will still be playing games that look like they did in 1999. :confused:

    Well anyone foolish enough to think that a nintendo wii is a next gen console deserves crap graphics.

    its simply a console aimed at fun / party play.

    the DS has worse graphics than the psp but my god the games are 100x better

    in reference to pro evo wii, reviews have said "excellent game but with graphics worse than a ps2" the ps2 technology is from 1999, it was realeased in japan early 2000 at the latest.

    i think wii's are great, i have one, its a shame the graphics werent geared for the next 5 years tho, rather than the last.
    As as much as the games are cool, if you were playing a worse looking one (which is really bad) for me, personally that puts me off.

    But again depends on what type of game it is.

    i also have a ds, and owned a psp. The DS is an unbelievable machine. U play Advance Wars?

    Difference is thats a handheld so graphics are less of an issue.

    its current gen tho. But yeah its basically a Gamecube with different controls. The thing doesnt even play dvds. (not that im arsed but it shows how minimal the hardware is)

    i use the VGA cable, it's about as good as you will get but it does have seperate audio outputs meaning if ur tv don't support that, you need a seperate soundsytem. mine looks great though, got the VGA HD and an optical audio connection to my Home cinema kit, truly awesome :D

    I play games to win/have fun not to sit and wank over how they look.

    i'm like that with all this HD shite, i'm just waiting for it to become the status quo - fuck it until then.

    graphics alone are my bag (and gameplay...obv)

    i've got a DS and its ferkin class. best handheld ever.

    zelda = great gameplay time + its canny hard since it was aimed at a younger crowd :angel2:
