Ok - so there have been comments about charvs getting into Digital

As part of 'power to the people' week we would like to offer Nucastle board members the opportunity to stand shoulder to shoulder with us on the door and help with door picking

It is a paid position

Each board member that would like to do it can do it for a night and then, if they wish, report back on their findings to this thread

It's not an easy job - you have to make a judgement call quickly - naturally a system will be in place so as you do not need to deliver the knock back - this will be dome by a member of the door team

since the demise of the boat and ikon its inevitable that you will get charvs wanting to come in

if stripey jumpers and pencil moustaches start getting the knock back they will just dress smarter

tbf the inside near the back and toliets needs better policed

would be quite an interesting night.

Isnt there 1 member of door staff who this can be trusted too? I must admit the times ive been in recently, prob about twice in the last 6 month on a sat.... ive never noticed any major offenders. (Despite being chemist)
