I'm sure that was the first thing they thought of when all this happened. I'd better post a message on the promise board for the 20 people on here that may or may not turn up. :p

Posting on here probably isnt their priority but you would have thought a message on their own site or their myspace page isnt too much to ask.

What other way will they let people know? Nice way to keep your punters happy.

For all you know it's going ahead as planned. It's not Friday yet, maybe they're trying to sort it out and will let people know when they do?!

It's a bit shit if nowts on the website before friday though.

It may not be there priority but as its a clubbing message board with alot of posts from the promoter of Wax:On with regards to the night and whats happening / whats coming up i thought if best check here, as others have to.

Its either a case of check here along with DJ's bookings on there site or just go to the night which it seems isnt on?

    Hmmmm hard one that...

    Give over Pete!

Surely they have the brains to think people will be wondering whats happening?

Every night at Digital has left - theres been announcements. Wax On have said nothing.

Theres no information on either of the DJ's websites that they are playing yet Wax On have claimed they are (which is a good enough reason to clear it up!)

And one of the promoters posts on here regularly and hasnt bothered his arse to mention anything.

People like to plan their nights out in advance not last minute.

Well i know it hasnt been announced but its getting more and more plain to see that it isnt happening, i for one would like to see DJ's who i would be paying decent money to see and when they have new dates on there diary and not Wax:On for example then i have to question it?

And from posting alot and bumping threads etc to now nowt it seems even more suspect.

If they havnt left digital then they wouldn't of needed to mention owt at all. They arnt a part of shindig, stone love or turbulence so it has nothing to do with them what has happened.

£1.9 million of that went on the toilets, you should see them they are gleaming, put tall trees to shame like.

Nice enough to eat your dinner off them.

Fair play, but Waxon is hardly a date you'd miss off your dates on Myspace & Website?

Dave Clarke hasn't even advertised it & Ryan Elliot is down 2 play 2 UK gigs on Friday - London & Glasgow, again no mention of Newcastle.

I could be VERY wrong although this is typical of Waxon, too many times they've pulled this stunt.

Id agree that this forum isnt their main Priority, but if nights as big as Stonelove & Shindig can have the decency to inform us then im sure Waxon can.

Id love for them to prove me wrong as theres been a load of us arranging to go to this for weeks.

    yep

I'm guessing dan's stuck at snowbombing so not really able to deal with this properly yet.

doesn't look positive though as the next gig listed on their website is the one at the end of april in leeds, so It looks like they've pulled it to me.
