I actually thought this was an april fools joke to hype the hell out of stonelove until I spied scot bradford going into thomas cook on northumberland street last friday and pounced on him to find out what the crack was when he came back out.

theres one word to describe all of this carnage imho

although i don't really like it i think the reality is the place is doomed without those nights and the punters that support them.

i wouldn't say doomed, it just won't continue in the way it was originally concieved - i.e. not a credible club maybe but a more ikon/tuxedo type of venue

Blokes who ran Tokyo Industries and who took Shindig to Digital have been shafted by Rob Senior and his partner (were Ultimate and now Utopian leisure). They seem to want to change the direction Digital was heading and so all of the clubs have stood by the Tokyo boys and bailed!!!!

Expect fishbowls and exotic dancers at Digital before long!!!!

Well I never liked digital much anyways. Feels like a kwik fit garage at the bar near the back. Bring back a dirty dark scummy club like foundation I say

lol @ the naivity of this board.

Do you honestly think digital wont be able to find replacement promotoers? Its one of the largest and most famous clubs in the North East.

they'll have promoters lining up at the door.

The nights that marched in unity with Tokyo, may well be nailing their own coffins shut.
