    Digital, imo is shit. A sound system doesn't make a club better, nor does a 'bigger club'. The Bassment is a way better venue for an event like that.

    Main room sound in Digital isnt really all that....


    Anyway like I said, 1500 people (or whatever it is) certainly doesnt guarantee a good party.

    the main room sound is still the best in newcastle and when you get 1500 people all going mad, like at shindig or any turbulence... well, its absolutely breathtaking

    You obvious don't have a clue!

    Better sound system = amazing sounding music, and especially with drum and bass the system is always really important!
    Bigger club = more people = better atmosphere.

    I understand alot of people loved the basement, it was good with all the rooms and being able to have a wander when your wrecked. But at then end of the day most the people who say this are lil wreckheads that go to get wasted and hammer the drugs and not even pay attention to the acts.
    But if you love music and understand how much a great system and wiked atmosphere effects a night... then you will agree that digital is a fantastic venue.

    Digital is the best club in the north! And I have chatted to many big dj's that have played turbulence and read many interviews... they all say the same thing.
