Moving out I want to be a big boy and move out. I can not think for myself, so can the board tell me where you actually go to if you want to view some flats in the Newcastle area? i.e South Gosforth
That may have been an attempt at sarcasm, but I didn't actually know that. So that's what they'e called. I'll go and have a look thanks.
Do you want to buy or rent Rossy? I have some lovely flats for sale at work in Centralofts, with a discount, you can see the women at Dance City rehearsing through the day too from right outside your window
I may have a client who is looking for a tentant but it wont be until after xmas now when his sale completes. Once his sale is through I will let him know I have a tenant in mind
sorry, online icnewcastle is quite good Here click on lettings and type in what you are looking for Here
Yeh they are lovely, not as Luxury as some of the apartments we have tho Im not sure what I work as my job changes every week, the company I work for is a new company, mainly estate agency and property investment. But we also manage properties once our investors have bought so I can keep you in mind if anything comes up as my clients would rather a private tenant than pay an estate agents a fee.
I'm gonna be renting in Heaton with 2 of my mates soon, we should be getting the keys on Monday. I just went to like every estate agent on Chillingham Road and just asked to view all the decent looking places in that area they had. It's a bit of a piss take actually moving in though. Loads of forms to fill in and they need to run credit checks and get references from you. You'll need proof of current residency (bank statement with your address on they'll accept), photo id, an employment reference with proof of income and you might possibly need a guarantor before they'll let you move in. Then theres the holding deposit needed to take the property off the market for other people whilst they run these 'checks'. The damage deposit, the first months rent up front & finally the admin fees. Best advice I can give you (coming from a 19 year old who hasn't actually moved out yet) would be to find somewhere decent that's rented privately. Then you'll skip all those fees that the estate agents charge. Theres sometimes adverts in the windows of shops and newsagents for this sort of stuff. Thats all there is to it really, good luck!
fuck all that shit ... 'holding deposit' you have to fucking kid me .. (if its deducted from your actual deposit thats ok though) .... if your just starting out, i'd recommend renting without going through an agent - like a shared house or something. That way you'll pay a much much smaller deposit.
Rossy, I think you should move to Heaton. It's a nice place to move if you're always off your tits. At least that's what 90% of the people who live there must have thought. Much better than Fenham too!
i fancy me own digs aswell, some really annoying parts about living with ma and pa, like beasting the taxi queue special while theyre in bed or comng home pissed, hoying a pornie on and waking up with it still playing because it was on repeat, knowing full well that theyre been in your room and seen it
