I've just found out that this poor woman has lost her battle with cancer. For those who dont know, she was diagnosed with terminal cancer back in 2000 and was told she had 6 months to live. Instead of just giving up, this woman has done some of the most inspiring and wonderful things for charity.

All I'm going to say is, if I end up just 1% of the person Jane was, I will be a very happy man.
