    Cheese - "Starter heroin"

    Its a new drug thats taking America (where else) by storm. Its basically herion (2% - 10%) mixed up with crushed up cold tablets. You snort it. Sounds like nasty stuff, and its mainly young teenagers who are abusing it. Anyway, there's a little power point presentation which the Dallas police force made about it below
