   you really think that? i wouldn't feed rump steak to my dog its that rubbery and tasteless.

Fillet is the only steak that i thnk is juicy and has enough flavour and it has to be cooked rare.

Well for starters the quality of flavour depends on the cow, how it lived was prepared and killed and no the cut of meat.

Secondly the amount of juices depend on how long the meat has been cooked for as is the same with any type of meat the more you cook it the less juice it has and the more it tenses up, which is why your best off leaving any peice of meat you do cook to rest so that it can relax and more jucies come out of the meat whilst it rests.

Your trying to make yourself come acoss as a pretnetious twat by saying you'll only eat fillet steak but you just come across as a grade a twat.

I could guarantee if you gave about 4 different cuts of meat to a chef and they were all perared in EXACTLY the same way you wouldnt be able to tell your arse from your elbow as to which peice of steak was which cut unless one was a t bone steak where you could tell it was t bone.

i laugh when people say somet like 'oh no one makes better sunday dinners than my mam" because ill openly admit i dont like most pf my mamas sundays dinners but everyone else does.

the perfect sundays dinner should cosist of

    yorkshires
    roast tetties
    sweetcorn
    parsnips
    mash tetty
    turnip
    gravy
and a meat of ones choosing

i cant stand cabbage, coliflower or brocoli or stewed steak
